    Hi – I recently setup my GDC on my garage door opener, I followed the instructions and it seem to have good connection. However I am not able to open or close the garage, wondering if I missed something? When I press the button in the app it turns the opener light on and off. I also see that the app correctly shows open and close.

    Any advice?

    I’m having a similar issue (reads status, but doesn’t open or close.

    Update: I’ve changed my wiring and wired it to the wall switch. When I short the wires I ran to the switch door triggers, but this device will not trigger it. I believe I just wasted $40, going to build an esp8266+relay device with a magnetic switch for status. Will work much better.
